About The Three Treasures
The Three Treasures approach is based on thousands of years of human knowledge found in the Taoist mountian traditions and developed in the tea culture of southern China. This approach emphasizes the importance of the connection between humans, nature and what Chinese tradition calls Tao.
Our work is to help you FIND THE PATH TO TEA by sharing the timeless secrets to making a brew that is capable of both relaxing and stimulating depending on the needs of the practitioner. To some this is called yinyang style of tea making some call it kungfu or gongfu. When we adapt a lifestyle that is in harmony with nature through the use of correctly made tea we can Reduce or Eliminate medical needs. QUICKLY returning to a life journey to longevity, prosperity and true happiness.
To clarify for modern western people... TEA comes only from one plant: Camelia Sinensis
Together at the tea table we find our unique tea allies, proven natural medicines appropriate for our specific needs sourced in pristine mountains with powerful spirit and ancient memories. The Three Treasures are part of China's life arts of nourishing the three treasures of body, mind, spirit. By these timeless means one can restore and maintain a healthy balance of energy, vitality and spirit for you and your family.
I must warn you, properly crafted tea has a rapid effect on those who are open to it. After experiencing expertly processed tea grow by talented farmers and processed by gifted tea masters you will most likely lose all interest in the lifeless teabags and dried herbs and toxic synthetic drugs found in the public market place and you may develop a permanent SMILE.
Over 20 years ago an honest man suggested on the eve of college graduation I give up my chosen career and learn to help make people healthy. That began my quest to find health via the Three Treasures, Body, Mind Spirit. I entered medical school and sought out the finest medicine men, teachers and practitioners of traditional and natural medicines from East to West. Eventually I opened a wellness center and then my own Tradtional Medicine school. The offerings at Three Treasures Tea represent the most effective offerings from Chinese medicine, traditional herbalism, and modern natural medicines. Now located in Stackhouse North Carolina, we are part retreat, guest house tea lodge and soon tea village. Our vision is to grow like the bamboo...slowly, steadily supporting our human family, the natural world and always bowing to heaven.
