GREEN TEA. Green tea is for all intents and purposes, tea in its most original unadulterated state.  Like all teas, it must go through an initial heating process that halts enzymatic action in the leaves, however after this step there is usually little left for the tea master to do but serve to his customers.  Our offerings were chosen based first on the merits of the tea and second on the uniqueness of the style.
