We will NEVER share any of your personal information, be it an e-mail or mailing address, telephone number or name, with anyone.  It really is as simple as that! Our web visitors may have cause to contact us for a number of reasons - to ask questions, supply feedback, sign up for club benefits and our newsletter, and of course to buy our yummy delicious teas.

Information Storage
Obviously, we need to store some of that information so that we can contact you again, just in the same way that your computer does with e-mail addresses. Your personal information is securely stored and will always remain private.

Spam
We will send you an e-mail or call you only if there is a genuine need for us to do so - if you have a question pending, or there is query about your order, for example. We frown upon spamming. On average we send between 1-2 emails per month. If you signed up for the Gong Fu Club (which you have to specifically request to join), there may be an additional 1 -2 emails. If at any time you want to be removed from our mailing list, you can simply "unsubscribe" on any of the emails we send out. Or you can email us stating your wish and we will remove your address immediately, no questions asked.
