RED TEA. there are many misunderstandings today about tea...red tea is one of them.  Typically called black tea, and mass produced on dismal low elevation farms in India by the Brits, red tea is the coca cola of tea (sorry Queeny).  However, the original red tea of China is in our humble opinion the ultimate tea experience.  True red tea has a beautiful red appearance in both the leaf color and the liquor and often has the highest roasting to bring out flavors and full body feeling unmatched in the spectrum of teas. These teas are said to open the heart...try not to smile when you drink these.
