All shipping is via USPS Priority 2 Day Mail unless a request is made via email to use a different carrier.  You will receive a separate shipping invoice via PayPal after you place your order.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order( During peak training times this may be longer).  If you need an item faster, you must contact us via email and make appropriate arrangements.  Keep in mind all our products are artisan made and each one is unique and distinct in its processing and finished state.  Variations occur both seasonally and yearly, our tea is crafted by true masters and the tinctures we make the traditional way with reverence for the earth and its creatures.

Refunds

Purchases are non-refundable unless there is damage or the item is lost in shipping.  We only sell items of highest purity and manufacturing quality.

Purpose

Our purpose is to support the teaching of the Taoist internal arts and to provide you with therapeutic grade products in the most efficient manner possible.  Understand that occasional delays do happen.  All purchases support the age old ways at a time when it is very challenging to do so.  We appreciate your understanding and support.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless we have sent you the wrong item.  Please make note of this before your purchase.  We will gladly discuss your needs prior to your order to ensure you make the best choice for you.
